Andrée Clark Certified 200-hours

A long time student of yoga, Andrée has been teaching since 2010 having obtained her teacher certification (200 hr) from the US-1 Yoga Teacher Training program in Alexandria, VA. Her instruction is informed by her teachers, her students, as well as her personal practice. Her goal is to guide her students to experience the many transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice, including increased physical strength and ease, stress reduction, and a peaceful outlook on life.

Elizabeth Holland FIFIYS Certified 500-hours

Elizabeth finds yoga to be practical and liberating. Yoga practice helps her pursue personal freedom by stretching and strengthening her mind, body and spirit. She sees yoga as unique to the individual. She hopes to assist students in developing their own practice.

Elsa Valbuena Certified 500-hours

Elsa is a teacher, choreographer and performing artist. She has been teaching movement for over two decades. Her classes pay close attention to alignment and the fluidity of movement with breath. She infuses her classes knowledge that has been generously shared from many master teachers and artists.

LeGrand LeGrand Jones - FIFIYS Certified 250 hours

LeGrand likes to share his joy of yoga with others. He is influenced by his early experience with Integral Yoga in the style of Swami Satchidananda. LeGrand's formal yoga training exposed him to many other Eastern and Western yoga masters. Their variety of styles comes through LeGrand's yoga to the students at the level appropriate for the student's body, mind and spirit.

LeGrand's teaching emphasis is on being steady and comfortable while challenging the body, calming the mind and expanding the spirit. He respects and nurtures all students wherever they are.

Libby Libby Creagh

Libby has taught yoga and movement classes in the US, Central America, and West Africa.  She creates kula, or community, and empowers her students to connect with their own inner rhythm.  Libby's focus is using yoga as a therapeutic tool to help students access a greater connection to self.  She draws inspiration from a wide variety of sources, including Kundalini, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Viniyoga as well as the Shadow Work of Carl Jung.  Libby believes the practice of yoga strengthens the union of heart and breath - creating strong bodies, minds, and spirits.  All of Libby's classes are available en espaņol!

Peggy Peggy Abreu

Peggy has been practicing yoga for 35 years and teaching for 17 years.  She has been registered with the Yoga Alliance since 2001. She has served as President, Vice-President and Treasurer of the Suncoast Yoga Teachers Association and is currently on the Board of Directors.  She is currently studying the Triyoga system developed by Kali Ray and is certified in Basics and Level 1.
Peggy places emphasis on the breath and creating a meditative energy. She shares her passion for yoga with all her students.
